What do you want to fill?

Who do you hope to tell?

Is there a moment's lull?

Waking to feel.

Waiting to feel.

Wanting to Be.

Wanting to See.

Wanting to Feel.

Is there a place in time?

Hope is a mobile line.

Taking a long goodbye,

Waiting to heal.

Wanting to Be.

Wanting to See.

Wanting to Feel.

LETTING GO

And in the magic silence,

the reaching out for guidance,

the love we've come to know.

We feel our life in minutes.

We sense some of what's in it.

And some of what is left to show.

Life in the making.

Dreamer in waking.

Loving and letting it show.

Letting Go.

Who Do You Say You Are?

Who Do You Say You Are?

Who Do You Say You Are?

Wanting to Feel.

Why don't you sing to rise.

Why don't you Hypnotize?

All of the rivers Wide

Coming to Grail.

Coming to Be.

Wanting to Feel.

Wanting to Free.

When all the Holy Land

is always where you stand,

when in the grace of man

coming to seal.

Why don't you run to where?

Someone is waiting there.

Down in the Season Fair

waiting to heal.

Wanting to Feel.

Where do you care to go?

Who do you hope to know?

Is there a place to hold?

Something that's real.

Another place to shine,

Another hope and time?

Someone is somewhere lined.

Wanting to Feel.

Waiting to Feel.

Is it a place you hide?

Somewhere that's been err not.

Waiting to be begot.

Wanting to feel.

Dream and a Seek and Write,

Who Do You Say You Are?

Who Do You Say You Are?

Who Do You Say You Are?

Wanting to Feel.

Wanting to Feel.

How does it feel to drive,

out to the outer sides,

waiting for somethings odd,

lost making real.

Is there a heaven sent?

Is there a hope that's lent?

Keeping the faith to hint.

Soul is alive.

Waiting to try.

Wanting to feel.

Is there a place to go?

Somewhere a feeling holds.

Something that turns to gold

before it fades? Wields?

Is there a secret time,

that's lingering out of mind,

holding another line?

Someone who's made.

Sing it to breath. Bring it Alive.

Let it Rest.

Let it Rise.

Wanting to Feel.

Wanting to Feel.

Is it a time and space?

Is it a Human Race?

Is it a vain Create?

speaking to real?

Wanting to Feel.

Give it a Hope to Rise.

Somewhere a Golden Eye.

Another Life Goes By

without appeal.

Wanting to Feel.

Wanting to Feel.

Great Gourmets

visits

Johnnies Seafood Restaurant,

located in Santa Cruz, California,

at the harbor,

and tries out a few of Master Chef,

Evan Lite's delicious entrees.

We especially liked the Tempura Avocado,

whose oil provides the same benefits as Olive Oil,

being chemically identical, and thus a food that helps raise your HDL's, known to help fight off cancer.

This creative take serves up both hot and cold, soft and crunchy, sweet and sour, for a delightful balance with a cold shrimp and crab salad inserted into the pocket of the avocado, sustainable and low on the food chain seafoods that have minimal mercury.

Spicy ginger Aioli, Napa Slaw, and Pickled Cucumbers add flavor and nutrition.

The colorful ribbons of vegetables delight the eye, and provide healthful and crunchy compliments to the soft texture of the avocado.

We'd definitely order this dish again!

This was paired with a Joyce Chardonnay.

Our second dish was French inspired, with French Tarragon Butter flavoring the sundried tomatoes, scallops, baby clams, and shrimp, all good sustainable, and low on the food chain seafood offerings, low in mercury.

This dish also contains Fennel, which helps the body absorb nutrients, and sauteed Spinach.

Our third dish was a creative, housemade seafood sausage, with a whole bran mustard aioli, accompanied by a bed of soft textured, Flagoulets , increasing the vegetable protein count, and topped with a fennel and citrus salad, making a more healthful sausage as an alternative for those avoiding land mammals as food choices.

Fennel in the salad helps the body absorb food more efficiently, and we like to see it included whenever possible, as a means of maximizing our food resources.

We ordered a fresh squeezed glass of orange juice to compliment the citrus salad, Chardonnay and the sausage.

We are anticipating filming the creation of several dishes created by Chef Evan Lite, and we are happy that there are several dishes of merit, creativity, sustainability, and health promoting items offered to the public to feature.

Johnnies Seafood Restaurant boasts a great location and view, allowing the freshest seafoods, still alive with their vital forces intact, as well as a calming and scenic setting on the harbor.

Healthy and Delicious choices on the menu make this location a great choice for dining in Santa Cruz.
