Intermatic Malibu Walklights have been set up as
prototype systems on the forty acre mountain
top which is being utilized to demonstrate
energy efficient systems and homes for the
series, From the Ground Up.
We especially liked the enchanting frog light
for the outdoor garden area.
The Flickering Torchlight is another of our
favorites, and proves to be one of the longest
lasting lights, and the only light which dances
like a living flame.
The Floating white Sculptured light is
beautifully shaped, but its glow is shorter
lived than the torch.
The Amber Walklights were set in Torches
previously using fuels, as a safer alternative,
as well as set up with mirrors to increase their
light and charm.
The Best lightx for reading were the spotlights,
which come with three individual
white spotlights, and an on/off switch
on the largest solar panel collector
plate, which can be mounted by screws
onto a moveable base, providing the
most light and power of all those
Intermatice Walklights thus far tested.
Other lights, such as one that looks like
a rock, also with an on/off switch, and
set at an angle suitable to light a flight
of stairs, is also an innovative and
creative design.
An Amber Table Light,
A white torch light that throws prisms,
and a carriage light that is mounted
several feet off the ground in its own
curved metal post, add charm and
innovative lighting landscaping along
the walkways and seating areas.
Rechargable Batteries typically need
replacing once a year, the LED lights
will last a little longer before needing
a change.
