southwestern corner of the home, allowing ventilation.
A north Roof Garden remains cooled by the shade of
the home, and is lit with Malibu solar powered
torches, and an elevated stepped up to Hot Tub by

garden, and the remaining areas covered by sod roof
utilized as a garden.
Radiant Floor Heating is embedded into a concrete
floor,
Stained, or tiled/marbled over.
Juanna Home
Site Plan shows a rounded shape inspired by Incan
architecture.
Garage is on the lowest level and the slanted roof holds
solar panels.
It makes usage of the contours of the mountain to
inset the garage naturally into the hillside to save on
excavation
Skylights by Velux are currently located over the
north facing slanted roof on the second floor bath and bedroom areas, as well as the eaves sheltering the patio.
Entrance is from the south with two steps rising to a
semicircular step area.
Double doors swing outward, hand carved by Jeld-
Wen. Side panels of glass allow light.
As one enters, to the west two steps down into the
living room area, which is a circular shaped room
utilizing panel windows on 6 sides which open up and
down , which may be replaced with
glass doors which open outward
arches in the central area
To outdoor walkabout, shaded by roof overhang.
A fireplace is embedded into the wall of the stairway
which curves up behind the living room.
Shelves are embedded into the walls for books.
Storage is available in the table box.
To the right as one enters, is the dining room area, also
flanked by 4 rows of casement windows or to be replaced by
open sliders into a pocket, French Style, or other opening glass doorways with screens.
A curved Wall with shelves embedded separate the
dining from the hallway to the Kitchen area - located
next to the garage on the east side of the home.
The home is constructed from Rastra Block to allow curvature and sculpting.
Tile or marble mosaics will be utilized throughout the home, over a cement slab
with Radiant Floor Heating and cooling systems.
The first floor bedroom, located on the north western
area of the home, features 3 rows of casement
windows in a curved wall which can be replaced with glass doors
that exit the bedroom to a fuller deck which will surround the
home.
Currently a single wide door, glassed, by Milgard or Jeld-Wen
opens to the deck which can be replaced with double wide glass doors.
A large bathroom with both a shower area and a tub -
by Zuma or Americh, with a matching sink - opens
from the master bedroom area whose entrance might be changed or added
to a public wall in the hallway.
or an additional door added to the bedroom to close off the space from the bathroom access.
The window over the tub can be changed to an
opening, French type glass
windows or doors
that open from the bath to the deck, rectangular or arched.
the Kitchen has a curved eating area along the counter
shared with the dining room .
The sink will be moved down away from the hall entrance to a
more central position, with arched windows that open
- and use double wide glass French or arched doors to
lead to the deck on the north.
Outside the Kitchen, an arched wooden door by Jeld-
Wen, leads downward into the basement garage and
pantry areas on the north side of the home.
Stairs are rectangular with a landing which can move over to
the east to accommodate a double wide glass doorway
out of the Kitchen to the patio.
The Pantry is located on the first landing area, on the
north side of the home.
Stairway to the upper floor is currently shown as
enclosed, which can be opened with arched windows ascending
with the steps or other geometric forms,
To living room side amidst the bookcases or to the Patio Side above,to naturally light the stairs, or with skylights from Velux on the northern roof .
The Master Bedroom features skylights from Velux -
on the northern faced roof.
Master Bath currently holds only a shower area, as a
tub by dimension one spas is currently located on the
outside patio, but has room to also have an indoor
tub by Zuma or Americh or Toto.
A Circular stepped deck of variegated shades by Trex Composite decking encloses the Spa on
the roof garden and provides a gazebo type surround.
Malibu solar Light Torches flicker to provide
ambient fire elements of lighting on the deck patio.
Other decorative lights of frog are located in the
garden sod roofed area, and floater for use on the Hot Tub.
On the North side of the mountain, a wire meshed
covered cooling tube is embedded into the soil,
running through the garage area, and vented into the
flooring
60 degree cool air is piped into the pantry and dining area
The North facing skylight by Velux is opened on the
second floor to allow air pressure to pull up the cold air.
Sod roofing is used on the deck area for summer
insulation, some of which will be covered over by
roof pavers by Stepstone.
Some movable planting trays for sod coverage will also
be utilized.
Hydronic Water Panels are on the slanted roof above
the master bathroom which housed the water tank
storage.
Grey Water Filter system is located in the garage level
Underneath the Kitchen to the north garden area.
